2026 Golf Outing

Registration Deadline and Cancellation Policy

All registrations received after October 2, 2026 will be considered on-site registrations and will be processed upon check-in at the conference. Attendees who mail in registrations and do not receive an email confirmation within five days of submitting registration, should contact Corey Keller, KAA Board President, at 620.225.8170 or email coreyk@dodgecity.org.  

A final roster of attendees will be available after the conference concludes.

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing. All cancellation requests for conference registrations, including registration for guests of the evening event, must be received no later than October 2, 2026 for a full refund. There will not be any refunds of any kind after this date. Substitutions will be accepted without penalties.
