REGISTRATION DEADLINE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All registrations received after June 3, 2023 will be considered on-site registrations and will be processed upon check-in at the conference. Attendees who mail in registrations and do not receive an email confirmation within 5 days of submitting registration, should contact shellis@salair.org. A final roster of attendees will be available after the conference concludes.

Registration and cancellations must be submitted in writing. All cancellation requests for conference registrations, including registration for guests of the evening event, must be received no later than June 3, 2023 for a full refund. There will be no refunds of any kind after this date. Substitutions will be accepted without penalties.
